We have assisted clients in obtaining Individual Discharge Permits, offset permits, and coverage under General Permits, depending upon the project’s receiving water. We have also assisted landowners, developers, and homeowners associations in obtaining General Permit coverage for projects with previously permitted and expired discharge permits.
