Roger Dickinson, P.E., PTOE
President & Project Principal

Mr. Dickinson has been a licensed professional engineer and project manager with L&D, since 1991. His work includes transportation impact assessments and the preparation of design plans and construction details for roadway and intersection improvements, transportation paths, subdivisions, site plans and water supply systems.

Mr. Goulette has been a licensed professional engineer and project manager with L&D, since it started in 1985. His work includes preliminary studies, preparation of design plans and construction details, assistance with permit applications and follow-up to obtain local, state and federal permits and approvals.

Mr. Rowe has been a licensed professional engineer and project manager with L&D since 1995. His work includes coordinating the team involved in the design, permitting, and construction phase assistance of various projects for public and private clients.

Mr. Tremback has 19 years of experience in soil and wetland evaluation and in the design of on-site wastewater systems, stormwater treatment, and constructed wetlands and has been with L&D since 1988. He specializes in innovative designs for challenging sites.

Mr. Horton joined L&D as a Engineering CAD Technician and Surveyor in 2000. His responsibilities include design and drafting of engineering plans for public and private sector projects including roadways, intersections, transportation paths, utilities and layout and design for residential and commercial projects and surveying.

Ms. Ryan joined L&D in 2000 as the controller. Her responsibilities include financial records, human resources, payroll and other accounting and customer assistance tasks.

Andrew Paradee
Survey Technician

Mr. Paradee joined L&D in 2009 as a Survey Technician and Surveyor. His responsibilities include land record research, topographic and GPS field surveys. When not in the field, Andrew is responsible for preparing boundary and subdivision plats.
